Are there upfront fees, set up fees or other charges?
How do you track each sale and what do you provide post sale that shows me the results?
How do you handle paying the proceeds and how long does that take?
How do you stage a house?
How many people do you have working a sale and are these people who work with your company frequently?
Do you wash dusty dishware, polish silver or clean items if they need it?
How many items (what percentage) do you tag on average and what kind of tags do you use?
How do you know what price to put on items?
Do you specialize in certain types of sales or merchandise?
How long do you take to set up a sale?
How much ‘bulk’ pricing do you use and what sort of signs do you display?
How do you advertise the sale?
How many people follow your company in this area?
What happens with items that are left after the sale?
Do you leave my house/ property empty or do I have to arrange a clean out?
